Very nice & pleasant guys to deal with.
No pressure, was allowed to view the vehicle (which was very nicely prepared) at my leisure before taking it for at test drive.
I got a fair part exchange price and we sorted all the tax transfer details in the warm office.
RAC cover for a year and a 3 month warranty that can be upgraded.
I sound like I must be a friend of theirs but I’m not: I bought a nice car on the first visit & enjoyed the experience.
Highly recommended.
