Greenland cars great service from walking through the door, the office area is very welcoming, no pressure handed keys to me to have a look no body over your shoulder. I’ve had a brilliant experience buying my car from here.

The deal was fair right off the bat with no haggling or messing about required. Shak was there first thing on a Saturday as this was the only day I could collect the vehicle.

There was a small piece of broken interior trim and this was immediately ordered and sent to me (I live quite a while away) without hesitation.

There was also an expensive rubber coupling on the drivetrain which was an advisory on a previous MOT. In total good faith they believed this had been sorted. When in transpired that this hadn’t actually been fixed, without hesitation, fuss, argument or excuses they immediately said “get it fixed, get them to call me and we will pay fully for it.”

It’s really a measure of a business how they operate when things don’t go quite right. They have demonstrated to me that they are honest, trustworthy and have immediately put things right for me without question.

I wouldn’t hesitate to get another vehicle from here and can’t recommend highly enough.

Just bought online a beautiful Jaguar XJ from Greenland Cars. The guys were superb from start to finish went the extra mile to remedy the small defects and even collected me from the train station.
