Can’t say enough good things about out the team at Greenland. The car was immaculately prepared. The paperwork completion was sleek with all finances sorted and ready on arrival ( their recommended finance partner was a dream to work with) all in all a great experience. Nothing too much trouble and all rubber stamped by the RAC warranty and breakdown cover. I’m very happy.

I had a choice between two cars – one from another dealer and one from Greenland Cars. Despite travelling 50 miles to see the other vehicle, that company wouldn’t even allow a test drive, which was really disappointing. In contrast, Greenland Cars were the complete opposite – they were welcoming, professional, and totally focused on the customer experience. What really stood out was their aftersales service. There was a minor issue (not their fault or mine), and they resolved it quickly and professionally, far better than what I’ve experienced at some main dealers. Their team was honest, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with everything. I’d definitely buy from Greenland Cars again and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic communication and great customer service. They were very helpful through out the process and did everything they could to make it go as smoothly as possible.

Paid a deposit to hold the vehicle as it was a 6 hour drive to get there. On arrival the car was clean and parked at the front ready for viewing. We were left to look around the vehicle at our own leisure and there was no pressure. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and again, we were not rushed and offered to drive further to check we were happy with the vehicle. The set up of the business was very professional, even small things like the company folder to contain the paperwork was a nice touch. Kam was friendly and genuine, no pushy sales tactics and was happy to answer any questions. I would definitely drive the 11 hour round trip to buy another vehicle from this dealer.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I came to the garage to enquire about a bmw 335d that was for sale. There was no hard sell and was passed the keys to view the vehicle on my own and in my own time. I took the car for a test drive and knew straight away I’d be buying this vehicle. I part exd my car and got a really reasonable price. The staff are very welcoming and easy to approach.
