I contacted Greenland cars by phone to get an idea of how much part ex I would get for my car against a car they had in stock, I spoke to Shak he went through everything with me how to buy a car online, he was patient, friendly, professional he sent me photos of the car also a close up video, I put a deposit on the car and he was going to deliver it. I decided I would go to Sheffield and pick the car up, easy to find it is only a small premises but quality. When I arrived Shak met us and again he and his team so friendly helpful i felt very comfortable Shak did everything, warranty, tax, insurance, he even changed my private plate over. I cannot fault Shak and his team the car i bought is immaculate, if your thinking of buying a car from them have no worries, I have bought many cars and I can honestly say this was the smoothest experience. I recently purchased a Lexus IS300 F-Sport from Greenland Cars, and I have to say- this was the smoothest transaction of any car I have purchased to date (and I had quite a few!). The staff were friendly and professional from my initial enquiry. They made the entire process feel so easy, and all queries were answered quickly. This was my first online vehicle purchase. Due to the significant distance from my home, I opted for the delivery service, and therefore, the first time I saw the physical vehicle was when it was delivered. However, Shakeel (aka Shak) provided all the relevant information, including 360 videos of the vehicle (interior and exterior) and total clarity on the process. Following the purchase of the vehicle, the car was delivered the next morning at the scheduled time! The car met all my expectations…Customer service is excellent!
