I Bought a BMW from Greenland Cars at the end of May and I am so pleased! The entire service from start to finish was amazing, I honestly cannot fault them. They were professional, welcoming and most of all relaxed- I didn’t feel pressure and this was important to me. All the cars, including the BMW I bought were in immaculate condition and had been clearly looked after; very reassuring to see a dealership take pride in all the cars they have in stock. I travel quite far for work and so needed a reliable car and this is exactly what I got. The process was easy and explained so clearly, they helped with the RAC warranty, taxing the car and offered to help find insurance so I could take the car away that same day. I travelled nearly two hours to this dealership and it was 100% worth it, both my partner and I will be returning in the future if we decide to get new cars at any point. Car was exactly as advertised, friendly staff with little pressure, went for a test drive and they were sure to make sure we’d been far enough for me to be happy, repeatedly offered to go further if I wanted. First time I’ve bought from somewhere which didn’t sort the finance for you (not a criticism), but they put me in touch with CarMoney who dealt with the whole transaction quickly and simply. Very fair too with my trade in. Overall and excellent experience, would definitely recommend and use again.

Very efficient with the pick up process. Collected me from the station – everything was ready and car was made up perfectly for collection. Whole process was incredibly smooth and car itself is in great condition. They clearly choose their cars carefully – wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After searching for my perfect vehicle, I came across the car I was looking for at Greenland cars.
With this car being 80 miles away from where I live, I couldn’t find the time to get over there to have a look.
But that was absolutely no issue for Greenland Cars, after a number of phone calls, detailed description of the vehicle and plenty of pictures, I decided to go ahead and purchase the car remotely!
I have to say this is the first time I’ve ever done that.
I had the car delivered to me, and I have to say I was more than impressed with the condition, that far outweighed my expectations,
The whole experience was absolutely seamless, communication was by far the best I have ever received from a company I have ever dealt with,
The customer service was just exceptional,
Even down to the day I had the car delivered I was completely informed throughout the whole time as to exactly when I would expect the car and sure enough it arrived bang on time!

Purchased a car from Greenland Cars Today, The customer service and professionalism is second to none, once finance funds were sent to Greenland Cars, they delivered the car the same day! Taxed it for a year ! And did the V5 online! RAC cover! Absolutely fantastic Service, Car was in excellent condition as described , would absolutely recommend Greenland Cars and the Owner Shak!! Fantastic in every department.

Car as described, immaculate condition, photos to view online are perfect as they show exactly how the car is. The lads are very helpful, polite & courteous. When I first came to view the car they weren’t stood looking over us, the car was moved to an open space and we were left to look around the car without feeling any pressure from the sales side of things.
Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Bought my car from the dealership, minor problem after driving the car appeared. Spoke with the owner and he was very insistent that he put the problem right.

Nothing was too much of a problem and the issue was resolved.
