Vehicle Reservation Error
Thank you for trying to reserve a vehicle with Greenland Cars. It appears that the page you are trying to visit has been passed an incorrect Vehicle Id. This could be due to the vehicle being sold, no longer available or due to a technical error. Please visit the Our Stock page to view our available vehicles, or alternatively, you can contact us using the buttons below.
These terms and conditions describe the agreement between us “the dealer” and you “the customer”. The agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities in relation to the reservation process.
Reserving A Vehicle Online
If you choose to reserve a vehicle online by paying a refundable deposit of £199.00, you will be required to enter personal information and payment information, along with information to support your reservation. Once you have completed the form and clicked the “Reserve My Vehicle” button, the reservation fee of £199.00 will be debited from your chosen payment method.
Upon submitting your form, you will receive an email acknowledging your reservation request. Please note that this is not a confirmation of your reservation. A member of our team will review the reservation request to ensure the vehicle is still available (has not been sold or reserved) and call you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation details. Following the phone call, we will confirm your reservation with a “Confirmed Reservation” email.
Your vehicle will be reserved for a period of 1 week unless agreed otherwise on the confirmation call.
Cancellation & Returns
In the event that the vehicle has already been reserved or sold, a member of our team will contact you to inform you that the vehicle is no longer available. Your deposit will be returned to you within 5 working days.
We aim to process all cancellations & returns on the same day, however, it may take up to 5 working days depending on the payment method.
Nationwide Delivery
If you have opted for our Nationwide Delivery service, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps to facilitate your delivery.
Greenland cars will deliver your vehicle for free within a 30-mile radius of the Greenland Cars main office in Sheffield (8 Senior Road, S9 4PN). Any deliveries outside of this range may be subject to a delivery charge that will be discussed on the reservation confirmation call.
Our typical delivery process involves a free video walkaround of the vehicle where any marks, defects, or issues will be pointed out. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the vehicle condition and you are willing to go ahead, we will discuss the delivery timeframes and arrange payment for the vehicle in advance. The vehicle will then be delivered to your chosen address.
Upon delivery, it is your duty to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and ensure everything is advertised. You reserve the right to reject the vehicle upon delivery under the criteria that the vehicle is not delivered as advertised. In this event, we will refund your payment in full. If the vehicle has been accepted, Greenland Cars will not accept a refund of the vehicle, however, we may at our discretion assist you in resolving any issues you may be having with the vehicle.
Payment Processors
All reservation payments are securely processed by our payment processor partners, Stripe (and its global affiliates) and Paypal. If you are paying via Stripe, you will need to enter your debit or credit card information. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For either payment method, you warrant that you have appropriate authority to use the payment method/card details that you enter. By entering your debit or credit card information, you agree to use of that information by Stripe for the purpose of paying the amount due and processing your payment.
